One Mean Ground Turkey Meatloaf

Hi, I have never liked meatloaf. Growing up my dad and sister were the meatloaf lovers and I hated it tasted tooo much like raw onion. But as I've grown up I've learned a few tricks to make it not so onion-y. Here's my recipe hope you enjoy.

1 pound ground turkey meat
1 Medium Onion Chopped
1 cups of Panco bread crumbs
2 Tbs of Worcestershire
1 Tbs of ground ginger
1 Tbs of lemon juice
A dash of garlic powder, onion salt, and celery salt
2 Eggs
1/2 a cup of ketchup

First off you want to saute your onions in a little cooking spray until tinder and some get a little brown caramelized look to them. Put those aside to cool and start mixing the meat and other ingredients in a large bowl. St with the meat and seasonings mixing well, add your liquids and then the onions (If Cool) you don't want to add hot onions it would start cooking the meat. Then you'll add your eggs mix those very well before you add the panco. If the mixture still looks sticky and wet add more panco.

Ok
I put my mixture in a glass pie dish but you ca put it in a bread loaf pan and if you line it with foil it can me removed easier. SO spray pan of your choice with cooking spray and spread your mixture evenly. Top with your ketchup and spread that evenly on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins. You'll smell it when its done.

Thanks and enjoy.!
