Fettuccine Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli
Hi I was searching online for the best recipe for Alfredo sauce. I looked everywhere but could never find one that was good enough so I just took a little ideas from this one and that one and just created my own. Ok here is my delicious recipe hope you try it and enjoy.
2-3 Boneless Chicken Breast
4 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
5oz of Great Value Finely Shredded Parmesan Blend Cheese
2 cups of Milk
1 sick of Butter
4 tbs of Flour
1/2 of cup White Wine
1 bag of Great Value: Steamable Broccoli Cuts, 12 Oz
12oz box of Fettuccine
Ok first you want to preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking pray and season both sides of you chicken with salt and pepper. Place your chicken smooth side down and back for 15 mins and then flip your chicken and bake for 10 more mins. Mean while start boiling your pasta noodles, and chop your onion and garlic. Place your garlic in an frying pan on medium high heat and add 1/2 of your 1/2 of cup of wine. Let garlic sock up all the liquid and turn a light brown. Remove and place in small bowl. Now place onion in same pan with 2 tbs of butter. Cook until tender then add the rest of your butter and melt it. Add the flour and blend together till the flour mixture turns brown and to a past. Then add the rest of your wine and milk again blend together until thick and bubbly and add your cheese and garlic. Reduce to low, then steam your broccoli and add to sauce. Chop your chicken into bite size cubes and add to sauce. When your noodles are done make your plate and enjoy. Dont forget garlic toast of sicks.
